Jillian, United Kingdom So the hotel was very nice and a great location, rooms were big and the bed and pillows super comfy. Location 9 The Christmas decorations in the foyer were wonderful - great when you are spending family Christmas away from home. The staff were exceptionally helpful and nice.
The bed is super comfortable and the size of the room is big.
If you want something classy and conveniently located with out being in the thick of the madness of Union Square, and you have some money to spend, this is a great place. Free wifi with club membership was very good.
Nicolas, Chile Spacious, very well kept, quick checking and checkout, 5 min from airport. Treat us very well. It has free shuttle to it.
The kids loved the breakfast buffet in the Laurel room. Easy to walk to Chinatown and Union square - cablecar proximity was terrific but so crowded that practical utility was limited in peak holiday season so we took taxis back up the hill!
Sean, United States of America The hotel is very nice and comfortable and the rates seemed very good, until you add up everything that is charged extra wifi Jmetcalf, United States of America Close to airport, yet easy to reach for the city and easy parking Wei, Hong Kong Proximity to SFO and free shuttle.
The staff were quick to help and friendly. If you have your breakfast out I would say hotel was good value. Good location if you want to be close to the airport. The location was incredible -- you could get almost everywhere easily on foot. There is a nearby New England Lobster Market and Eatery that sell good seafood dishes less than 10 mins walk Samantha, Singapore The front desk girl, Evelyn, was amazing.
Breakfast was nice but pricey. Anonymous, Australia location is at the top of steep hills but that is the normal for San Francisco. The room was larger than a typical SF hotel room. I wish we had gotten her name. The staff was great and professional.
The room size is great, and there was good availability of connecting rooms. Timothy, United States of America Concierge service was great - from booking restaurants to organising trips Soren, United Kingdom The room was lovely and spacious.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and will definitely go back. Dennis, United States of America. The San Francisco Dungeon is a uniquely thrilling attraction that will whisk you way back into the Barbary Coast's most perilous past. See, hear, feel and (ahem) smell the chillingly amusing characters of the ‘bad old days’ as they come to life before you.
